We will look at how one school has set up its financial aid operation, including various policies aimed at dealing with commonly encountered problem situations.
Greg Marshall, Special Assistant to the President, Fairfield College Preparatory School

Greg Marshall has worked at Fairfield Prep for forty years. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Connecticut and his two graduate degrees at Fairfield University. He was a classroom teacher for twenty-two years at Fairfield Prep before moving to the administration in 2001. As an administrator he has held various positions, including overseeing the school's admissions and financial aid operations. Three years ago, as part of a general overhaul of the school's advancement office, Greg was tasked by the school's president with implementing and overseeing a new operation in support of advancement, that of prospect research analysis. He is in his eighteenth year overseeing the financial aid operation.
