Developing a Retention Plan

After an interesting couple of years for schools overall, it's safe to say that our Catholic elementary schools have shown an increase in enrollment. During times of uncertainty, families turned to our schools as a place of safety, consistency, and faith. Now what? How do we continue to remind our families why they came to us, and why they should stay?
